Scotland’s national breakfast dish.
Bring the water and milk to the boil and pour in the porridge oats. Simmer gently while stirring frequently - clockwise only for luck! After a couple of minutes add a pinch of salt.
Simmer for another few minutes until the oats have softened and you have a thick but pourable consistency. Serve and top with deliciously tasty things, like Scottish heather honey, fresh Scottish berries and some more creamy Scottish Organic Milk.
