Easy Peasy Pancakes


How will you serve yours?

300 ml scottish organic milk
2 eggs
100 g plain flour

Whisk everything together to make a smooth batter. Dollop a couple of spoonfuls into a warm, oiled frying pan - enough to coat the bottom of the pan.

Shoogle to make sure the mixture is evenly spread. Cook over a medium heat till lightly browned, flip and cook the other side.

Repeat until you have a glorious pile of golden pancakes. Serve with delicious stuff and enjoy.
