Classic comfort food.
Preheat the oven to gas mark 2 / 150 degrees Celsius. Grease a large oven dish with butter. Bring Scottish Organic Milk to simmering in a large pan. Stir in the rice and sugar.
Pour the mixture into the oven dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste. Bake in the oven for approx. 2 hours. Stir the pudding half way through.
